Poria Cortex	Poria Cocos Cortex (Fu Ling) is commonly used in Chinese medical herbology as a Qi tonic to eliminate dampness and promote restored organ function. Alisma	(Alisma Orientalis (Ze Xie or water plantain rhizome) is found in Europe and the Far East. The root is harvested before the plant comes into flower and is dried for later use. Morinda	Morinda Citrifolia (Noni) is a fruit that grows in the tropics in such places as Hawaii and Tahiti. Noni has been used for over 2000 years in Polynesia, China, and India. This fruit was an important source of food for the early Polynesians, who consumed it in times of famine. The seeds, leaves, bark, and roots were also eaten by people versed in the healing properties of this amazing plant. Polynesian cultures used Noni to treat a wide range of ailments including stomach pains, high blood pressure, immune dysfunctions, asthma, dysentery, gum and throat problems, fever, infertility, and diabetes. The increased research of Morinda Citrifolia (Noni) throughout the modern world has yielded very promising results.
